Join our team as a Receptionist/Secretary in our Sandyford office! As the first point of contact for both visitors and callers, you’ll play a crucial role in making sure our office runs smoothly and professionally.

Your key responsibility will include the following:

  • Answering inbound calls.
  • Receptionist, greeting all clients and visitors to the office.
  • Managing board rooms and related calendars.
  • Involvement in our CSR programme and event organisation
  • You’ll also be assisting our partners with booking flights, diary management preparing/typing documents etc.
