About Eoin O’Riordan

Eoin holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from University College Dublin and is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland. He joined Leahy & Co in 1996 and became a partner in 1999, at which point the practice became Leahy O'Riordan Chartered Accountants. In 2026, Leahy O'Riordan joined HLB Ireland, bringing Eoin and the team into one of Ireland's leading advisory and accounting networks.

His practice focuses on accounts production and audit for owner-managed businesses, working across both small and medium-sized enterprises. Over the course of his career, Eoin has developed a particular strength in supporting business owners beyond compliance – offering practical, commercially grounded advice at the stages that matter most.

For early-stage businesses, he provides hands-on guidance on budgeting, financial planning, and the structures needed to support sustainable growth. For established enterprises, he has advised on expansion, strategic repositioning, and business model development, drawing on extensive experience of the challenges that arise as organisations evolve.
