Position: Marketing Manager.

Location: Sandyford, Dublin 18.

Reporting to: Managing Partner.

Contract Type: Full-time Permanent.

 

Job Purpose

HLB Ireland, a leading business advisory and accountancy firm, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to elevate our brand presence and to lead marketing projects for the Group including Futurerange an IT Managed Services and Cyber Security Business.

This role requires strategic coordination and proactive management of all digital marketing activities, ensuring optimal brand engagement and consistency across various platforms for both HLB Ireland and FutureRange.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in harnessing our market positions through innovative marketing strategies that highlight our extensive expertise in business advisory services and cutting-edge IT solutions.

 

Role Responsibilities

1. Website Development & Management

  • Proactively plan, develop & manage the website’s content, draft web articles, and update the event calendar.
  • Deliver ad-hoc website development projects and ongoing content management for the website.
  • Report on appropriate KPIs.

 

2. Social Media

  • Devise a social media plan, regularly updating all social media platforms to grow our social media presence.
  • Specific social media campaigns from time to time.
  • Report on appropriate KPIs.

 

3. Digital Marketing

  • Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and reporting analytics and make recommendations to enhance engagement.
  • Creation of dynamic content (video, blogs, graphics).
  • Working with internal stakeholders to create online surveys, polls etc, for specific events, services, and sector campaigns.

 

4. CRM

  • Management of the firm’s client and pipeline database.
  • Implement database clean-up processes.
  • Assist in the implementation of the firm’s CRM system.
  • Report on appropriate KPIs.

 

5. Event Management

  • Coordinate and manage firm events from event planning, venues, invitations, third-party engagement, media etc.

 

6. Administration

  • Report on outputs of communications activities, collating and analysing key statistics to enable informed decisions.
  • Complete administration and other ad hoc duties as required to support the firm.

 

Person Specification

  • A minimum of three years’ experience in a communications/digital marketing role, including administration.
  • A degree or master’s in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media community management and analytics is preferable.
  • Familiarity with email and survey marketing platforms, content management systems and Adobe Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent writing and proofreading skills.
  • A self-starter who can work on one’s initiative and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
